I assume you mean a dps build? Unarmed has a good amount of possibilities. Here's one example of such:

    https://aesica.net/co/herocreator.htm?v=30&n=&d=11230abGA9PK000000E100E30KEB00ED03EK00EP0XEQ05ES0PE808ON01EG03EI08K6002Q002jN742iK0tid40000000000&e=

    Super Stats
    Level 6: Strength (Primary)
    Level 10: Dexterity (Secondary)
    Level 15: Constitution (Secondary)

    Talents
    Level 1: The Master (Str: 8, Dex: 10, Con: 10, Rec: 10)
Level 6: Covert Ops Training (Str: 3, Dex: 3, Con: 3, Int: 3)
    Level 9: Acrobat (Dex: 5, Con: 5)
Level 12: Physical Conditioning (Str: 5, Con: 5)
Level 15: Martial Focus (Str: 5, Dex: 5)
Level 18: Quick Recovery (Con: 5, Rec: 5)
    Level 21: Impresario (Dex: 5, Rec: 5)

    Powers
    Level 1: Vicious Strikes
Level 1: Elbow Slam (Falling Hammer, Flaming Chicken Wing)
Level 6: Form of the Master
Level 8: Way of the Warrior (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 11: Chi Manipulation
Level 14: Dragon Kick (Rank 2, Dragon Rush)
Level 17: Bountiful Chi Resurgence (Rank 2, Resurgent Reiki)
Level 20: Burning Chi Fist (Rank 2, Shattering Strike, Ghostly Strikes)
Level 23: Inexorable Tides (Flowing Strikes)
    Level 26: Resurgence (Rank 2)
    Level 29: Parry (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 32: Thunderbolt Lunge (Nailed to the Ground)
    Level 35: Imbue
    Level 38: Fiery Embrace
    Adv. Points: 32/36

    Travel Powers
    Level 6:
    Level 35:

    Specializations
    Strength: Swole (2/3)
    Strength: Physical Peak (3/3)
    Strength: Brutality (2/2)
    Strength: Juggernaut (1/3)
    Strength: Overpower (2/3)
    Warden: Fortified Gear (3/3)
    Warden: Ruthless (2/2)
    Warden: Upper Hand (2/3)
    Warden: The Best Defense (3/3)
Brawler: The Glory of Battle (1/3)
    Brawler: Penetrating Strikes (2/2)
    Brawler: Ruthless (2/2)
    Brawler: Finishing Blow (2/3)
    Brawler: Flanking (3/3)
    Mastery: Strength Mastery (1/1)

Elbow Slam can put up Demolish and Chi Flame. Charged Dragon Kick can be your main AoE and can also be used for Rush (and can build FotM even outside of combat). BCF is your main single-target attack once you get debuffs up, and Rush from DK can help fuel it. Inexorable Tides I just threw in there for the easy Demolish refresh, though you could use Rising Knee or Backhand Chop w/ advs for that purpose too (or just free up that power slot and be fine w/ charging Elbow Slam to refresh Demolish). There's a good amount of CC potential here as well. Finally, BCR is a nice self-heal here that can also proc FotM and Chi Manip, but keep in mind that it does lower your dmg by 10% for the duration (could be replaced if you don't want a heal w/ that penalty).

Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con and Rec.

    Hm.. okay.
The only kick I'd keep in there is Dragon Kick, cause it is very useful, but you don't strictly need Tides, as already mentioned. I guess if you really wanted to use only fists then you could take 100Hands over DK for AoE, and replace Tides w/ Dragon Uppercut so you can still have Rush.

Like I will take one kick but I want majority fist related

Okay, well in that case then I'd keep Dragon Kick and replace Tides w/ Backhand Chop and its Demolish refresh adv.

I guess Thunderbolt Lunge counts as a kick too, but you can use Smoke Bomb lunge instead (Elbow Slam can lunge as well- though its anim, limited range, and charge time doesn't make it very practical for that purpose alone). Parry has a kick anim for its special effect too, but again that's easily replaceable (w/ any other block enhancer except Fluidity, like Retaliation in Might if you want a theme-neutral one).
