Ok...i am pretty decent with single type builds...but this one is giving me a headache. Im an old school CoH player...i had a kheldian i loved....a peacebringer with a dual human/dwarf build. Im trying to get something similar here...sadly i cant figure out how to get a blaster/tanky build. i like the repulsor beams look for blasting...now i have noted theres a similar power in other sets now...fire i think is one of em and id like to build that in somehow sadly im at a loss as to how

Fireball isn't strictly needed in the ideal rotation, but its fine for an opener AoE and an early attack. Main AoE here is Conflagration, and main single-target attack is Incinerate (ie. the one that has beams coming out of both hands). Use Flashfire and Firesnake on cd to help debuff and proc stuff, regardless. Gears mostly for Rec (for Fiery Will), w/ some Con and Ego.

The kheldian's of CoH were a strange class capable of actually shifting forms and in turn powers. I never really played one long enough to fully understand them. That said...
The human form of the peacebringer was a kind of healy blaster and the 'dwarf' form was a melee tank thingy... at least that's my memory of them.
Try the following build.
The specs are Warden to increase dps/survivability and Sentinel for the mastery (triggered by Heat Wave) and the healing.
PRE primary as an all-around stat that boosts the healing form and synergizes with Sentinel.
>The blaster/healer type comes from fire powers using a Hybrid role and the Hearth passive.
It deals damage applying clinging flames and the debuffs of heatwave and going to town with Incinerate.
It heals using the passive and the rune from Pyre, and later the Sentinel aura, Iniquity and the Mastery.
>The tanky melee form uses Invulnerability, Tank role, and Annihilate+Pyre for damage.
PROs: it seems like what you asked for, very versatile.
CONs: no EU, no Active offense, only one Active defense, not strong in any specific role.

Starts off w/ the tankier melee set, using Invuln as the passive (and pref the Hybrid role). That set uses charged Brimstone for AoE, and Flashfire + Beatdown filler for single targets (can use Conflag as the AoE earlier on, if needed). The 2nd set is the ranged Fire dps one, using Fiery Form as the passive (and pref the Ranged dps role). That set uses Flashfire on cd, Conflag as the main AoE, and Incinerate for single targets. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con and End/Rec (for energy).
The build lacks a lunge for the melee set, but a decent travel power can help w/ that.
(100Hands in Unarmed would have been nice w/ its CF adv, but I figured the anim wouldn't really fit visually)
CO doesn't really do shape-shifting in terms of powers, but changing costumes can accomplish that effect visually at least.
