No difference between The Scourge and The Cursed?

Maybe I'm missing something, but it really looks like there's no difference at all in the powerset. I assume, based exclusively on the icons, that the only difference is a glowing effect for the chains. Is this correct?

    Yes, that's the only difference. One is green, one is red (and if you have power tinting, there is no difference at all).

    The only difference is that the Scourge has Green colour power pallet while Cursed has Red

    The Cursed AT was introduced in 2011 via the Cursed Grab Bag (along with the Infernal costume pieces which are now in Z-store)

    it's nothing more than just a Free variation of the Scourge​​

    Ah, thanks. So getting the other one from the event store is entirely pointless unless you're some kind of completionist. It's a bit annoying that they added that AT for the last week instead of, say, The Void.
