X-Rotation problem

I'm trying to configure my ps4 controller inside of champions online and for some reason it's constantly registering "X Rotation" when i try to remap any of the buttons this automatically pops up. and for whatever reason the only inputs that will register over the "X Rotation" is the stick inputs as long as i hold it. inside of the game I dont notice any lack of responses from inputs, I just want to remap my controller. I experience these problems while running the ds4 program and without and I have no problem registering inputs inside of the configuration. Does anyone know how I can fix this issue?

I was never able to get a controller working at all, every input from the controller had like a 4-5 second delay in CO. It could just be the controller, or it could be something else on your machine. It's impossible to tell without knowing the complete configuration of it all.
