Incapable of holding a stable connection

i play many other games....gw2,sw:tor,dcuo, and i even play STO...all are fine..yet in this one game...all i get is that red up at top server connection lost ...i cant hold a stable connection to this game to save my arse. Constant rubber banding..you name it. Right now...i am in the powerhouse..i have literally server connection lost 6 times in a row...it wont even hold for more then 30 seconds.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this...its not my isp or ALL my games would do it.
