Arm cannons as pistol skins?

Would it be a cool idea to get things like the Mechassassin and Warlord hands as pistol skins? Could be useful for people who want arm cannons, but want to mix in some melee powers, like the MA dual blades.

Another cool, though less likely, idea would be an option to use pistol/rifle animations for some of the energy/elemental projector powers.
