-[Welcome to Jeb's Beetus Brigade, my thread to show off my character concepts.]-
First up is my newest super heroine;
Wicked Solo!
A glam rock superstar, Wicked Solo keeps the spirit of the 80's alive with head-banging hair metal music to exhilarate Millennium City's population.
After binging all the best hair metal playlists on Youtube over the past year, I felt compelled to create a tribute character for all my favorite bands. As always, choosing which color goes where was my greatest challenge but I think I did a decent job and i'm happy with her first outfit. Special thanks to
@spiderbandit314 for helping me get the Dogz Jacket!

When Justin previously resided in Galaxy City, he wielded a staff made available to heroes on April 17th, 2012. While I did not get to play him for very long before his world's untimely demise, he remains the only character of mine who successfully made the transfer from Paragon to Millennium (this also provided a backstory which I have added to his bio). He is not super powered, so a Night Avenger build is his current power set.

Molly is a serial bank robber inspired by the notorious gangsters of the 1920's.
She has no super powers or special abilities. Her weapons of choice are vintage firearms such as the Thompson sub machine gun.
Preparing for a few dead presidents to be sprung.
If spotted in Millennium, please contact the MCPD.

Yes, his outfit was easy to recreate here since all of the pieces were basically the same. I actually deleted him for a while until I found a suitable powerset to give him since we don't have staff fighting. The urge to play a golden age hero was too great for me to ignore any longer, so I brought him back. He's here to stay, fortunately.
One day I had a thought; I couldn't name a single clown in any superhero medium who wasn't evil. I challenged myself to create a good one, and so Rimshot was born.
She quickly became a fun character to play, made better with the addition of all the toy devices that become available during events. Water balloons, tacos, troutslaps, party balls, and Juggle! all serve to enhance her personality.
The tootin'est rodeo clown in Millennium, she wields a pair of pingpong ball guns with supreme accuracy, a skill she has honed through years of practicing carnival booth games.
I did such a great job on her outfit, that I doubt i'll be able to create another one for her until we get a proper clown costume set in the future.
I was always ambivalent toward clowns before I made this one. I didn't like or dislike them, and i've never understood why people were afraid of them growing up. After I created Rimshot, I loved her so much that I now like clowns (though I have yet to actually meet any in person).

A silent-era cartoon from the 1920s, Flatfoot was reborn when Foxbat's henchmen created sentient filmography robots. A reel containing a Flatfoot six-minute short was played and it projected her to life.
Now nearly a hundred years later, Flatfoot resumes doing what she does best: ensuring Millennium's criminal underworld can't escape from the long arm of the law.
Antony "Tony" Spumoni is another member of my Millennium City mafia.
An ice cream shop is a front for their shady business ventures.
The store is frequently harassed with soundboard prank calls from a hero included in this thread.
And finally! A good clown!
I specially love Rimshot, her outfit is awesome and shows a lot of personallity : 3
I often ask that very same question, there is a serious lack of good clowns in the genre, and in pop culture in general… they are always evil or creepy.
I’m really glad to see more people trying to correct this : 3
(I might be biased though, as an aspiring clown myself : P)
How do you juggle? Recently I made a clown character (still working on his outfit) and I’d like him to juggle : 3
Can’t wait to see more of your characters!
Thanks, I have a couple more I will post pictures of before I break out the conceptual characters I haven't created yet.
[Juggle!] is a device you can only get during Foxbatcon in the event store.
And I will keep my eye on this thread for more of your characters
Dogfight is an aviator and a member of the 101st Goodest Boy Battalion.
Pictured here firing the M3 .45 caliber "grease gun", he also uses the Luger 9mm pistol, the Thompson sub machine gun, and the M1A1 rocket launcher.
Doing his duty to keep Millennium City safe from foreign and domestic threats, Dogfight is a true American blue blood (hound).

Bugs is a jackrabbit of all trades when it comes to the field of criminal activity, always willing to do any dirty job big or small if it promises a payday.
The allure of fast cash drew him to shady betting parlors scattered throughout the crooked alleys of Westside. Years of perfecting illegal gambling techniques prompted him to open a casino of his own, where fortunes are made and lost with one throw of the dice.
Bugs prefers to stay under the MCPD's radar, though he won't hesitate to get his cartoon gloves dirty.

I've always wanted to make a giant growth character, I felt this concept was a good fit for the theme.
Playing for the Millennium Falcons, this hero is the ABSOLUTE UNIT.
Mighty Kick works as a field goal kick to punt villains across the city, Earth's lunge has a fitting slide/tackle and Hurl is a substitute for a football throw.
Should we ever receive a skating travel power, i'll make an alternate version of him with skates and a hockey stick weapon skin.
A mineral prospector out of Snake Gulch, Jebidiah calls the dusty desert plains his home.
While rarely needing more than his trusty sixgun to settle disputes, he occasionally brings out the heavy artillery.
As tough and wiry as the pemmican packed in his rucksack, ol' Jeb will hunt villuns and varmints alike for a fistful of dollars.
Good, bad, or ugly, this pale rider has buried many an outlaw under their tombstone.

Depicted here in his Lord's attire, Lorquin is my fantasy inspired sword sage.
A distant member of house Stark, Lorquin commands a stout holdfast in the cold Northern winter climate of Millennium City.
When he must needs leave his keep, Lorquin wears heavy leather riding boots with matching gloves and a hauberk with layered shoulder pads joined together by a strong silver chain.
Skilled in melee combat, he has mastered the art of slash and parry. Holding live steel in his hand, few can withstand him.
Someday I will give him a true knight armor ensemble, if I can only find the right combination of costume pieces to use.

A Martial Arts/Super Reflexes Scrapper, she was my first heroine to reach level 50.
Next is my lone wolf biker vigilante; Poppa Wheelie.
An Invulnerability/Street Justice Tanker, he tore through the streets on a custom motorcycle as a bounty hunter.
Neither have been seen since Paragon City's last stand against the Rikti invaders, but I will never forget them.

Showing off her new transformation at the Minefield, Wicked Solo prepares to rock you like a hurricane. Also debuting is her new Synth Rock outfit.
The new Radical Lockbox provided me with plenty of great costume pieces for an additional outfit, a stylish keytar, and a totally tubular emote.
Somebody call Sapphire and let her know she's got some competition for her anniversary concert light show.
Stay fresh cheese bags!

Now a teenager, Justin Justice debuts a new dark and edgy persona.
With a supersuit and an improved arsenal of devices, he patrols the seedy underbelly of Millennium's criminal underworld.
Who could understand the angst and torment he endures for the sake of citizens everywhere?

A much more regal look than his Lord garb, this outfit features warmer pieces such as a fur collar and scarf, heavy shoulder armor to secure a billowing cloak, and proper crown to match his gilded tunic.
No matter how richly he is dressed, Lorquin never forgets his roots as a Stark and prays to the few heart trees remaining.
Peering into the flames may reveal ominous premonitions about the future to come.
The winds of winter howl drear and foreboding in the cold mountain valleys.

Oh that's a fantastic picture.
This ensemble you see here is standard issue for all military mutts of basic rank.
Be it simple reconnaissance or an all out assault, this corporal canine is man's best friend.
Ready to storm the beaches and fight the rival German shepherds.
Semper Fido.

Pictured here with his fellow outlaws, Tex prepares to serve up some kelvin cooking.
A grill master from Snake Gulch, he dispenses his own brand of barbecue-brushed justice.
Stick a fork in his enemies, they're well done.

Her suit is constructed with state of the art carbon fiber materials and is equipped with a wrist computer, utility belt, and bulletproof leg, body, and neck armor in addition to a combat helmet. Some of her weapons include:
MP5 submachine gun,
M4 assault rifle,
and a pair of machine pistols capable of delivering a large volume of rounds per minute.

"All around the county, from coast to coast,
people always ask me what do I like most
I don't want to brag, I don't want to boast,
I always tell them I like toast!
Yeah Toast!"
Yeah Toast, Haywood Banks
I really like that swat version of flatfoot, hopefully you kept the cartoon version of flatfoot though, that's still my favorite version of her, but the swat version certainly looks more dangerous that's for sure. That's another great picture! I really dug the Rimshot picture but that wicked solo pic is really fantastic. I love the 80/90s back splash reminiscent of those teen magazines from back then.
The cost varies depending on how much detail you want, if you message her here at @bloodraptor84 or on Discord at "Bloodraptor" Vee#3214 she can give you her pricing list.
Sweatin' to the 80s keeps everybody in shape.

She loves dancing to swing music at the local jazz club.
Now this is a clown fit for any Zoot suit riot!
Ain't she just the bee's knees?
