Can't Subscribe and Support page won't load.

I am able to login, etc. I go to my account > manage subscriptions > subscribe page. I put in the necessary information, and I receive an error message that simply states: "Required Field", which makes no sense since all the fields have been filled out and there is literally no other text box to put ANYTHING. Does ARC or whatever company runs this game NOT want my money? I wanted to come back to this game and unlock my currently locked Gold character, but... obviously not going to if I literally cannot spend the money to do so because the website is a gigantic pile of garbage.

Umm, so to play my freeform, my only option is to spend $299? Or is there an option in-game for X amount of in-game currency?
