Removing/Blocking/Deleting Costume Swap Powers?

Not sure if this is the right subforum, but giving it a shot.
So, I'm wondering if there's a way of permanently removing or delting the 'Become' costume swap power that you get with a full set of Named Gear? For example, with the Cyber Augmented set from the Quetonite Exchange, when you have all 6 pieces, you recieve the 'Become Power Armor' costume swap. I've tried removing it from the power tray, but every time the UI loads, the power gets put back into the tray. I've removed it, then locked the tray, still gets put back in whenever I change instances or power sets. It's annoying and I want to block it from my tray permanently without breaking up the gear set.
