Games running really bad

Hello,

The game has been running really bad for me I tried other games and my latency is fine however on champions it's just garbage. I cant switch chat channels and if I do try to type it just says "Chat offline." It took me about 15 minutes to load into the game is anyone else having these issues?

Having similar issues. Some chat channels work, some don't (for sending -- I can see other people's communications just fine), lots of rubberbanding (to the point that when I first logged on, I was rubberbanding all the way back to the spawn location, even after moving for 15 - 30 seconds), and frequent disconnects. All other online games I've tested work fine, and not seeing packet loss or anything on my side.
