Make a Mission out of a working Perk

Of course this is just wish-list thinking.
Idea is to make certain incomplete perks a "mission" that you can set to active or primary. So that, while you are working on it, you can easily see the status of it. Especially those 5k perks (currently working on my last 5k for the thriller dance emote).
Most obvious down-side is most missions have a Pointer directing you to an area or spot. This would be nice for those "scavenging" or "searching" perks, but I'd rather those continue to require you to find them through other methods than having a pointer saying "here" or "this area".
