Full Mask Lip Shine

After today's patch I noticed a visual glitch not present on masks prior to this. There's this weird (and to my eye, unappealing) shine on the lips. I first noticed it on a friend who saw it too, then I checked my toon. It seems to be on the Decorative Tights set but I admit I didn't do an exhaustive check of other mask types.
