I can't see the virus stacking and cool down so well.

    Maybe incteasing the UI scale may help a bit. Or maybe it's time to change your glasses. :P

    Options > Basic > Interface Scale

    Careful how high you go though, as you may accidentally cause very important buttons to suddenly be off of the screen. Adjust it by .05 intervals and hit "Apply" until you're comfortable with how the UI looks. I like mine at 1.15.​​

    I have this same problem CCing dogs, yeah. I wish there was some way to alter just the buff/debuff bar size.
