Ok I've made my poison ranged for cosmic and went with nw over pestilence.
But now I'm stuck on the fsct that now infant to make a cosmic worthy poison melee.
What would be the best way to do it? Is he still the better option? Form of the tiger with a mix of bestial attacks and infernal chains?

Otherwise, if you just care about it being Toxic dmg (and not necc about the poisons) then you could just make a DE dps build. DE can hit pretty hard when built around, and is pretty straightforward when using Supernatural Power as the EU. An example of that:

Unstoppable is nice here cause it gives you some knock resist w/o having to use Str or Con PSS's Resilient, or CoPD (though other passives can work). Wisp applies some nice general debuffs. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some End/Rec for energy (and cost discount on gear).
