FreeForm as a Premium AT

Make FreeForm a special "Archetype". Everything would be the same in character creation, it's just a different way to market it and a different way to flag the attribute for an account. I suggest $60 to unlock it as an option for all your characters. Requires prior purchase of the Premium Pack, for a total cost of $75. If you can't require pre-requisites in the storefront then make it a $75 bundle. Automatically unlocked for LTS and all current/former Gold subs. Also unlocked for all acounts that have purchased a FF slot in the past, but it would not include power coloring and emanation points unless they also purchased the Premium Pack.

    That's a really good point, and I have two thoughts. First, moving to a smaller package that more people will buy seems to be the company's preference right now. Secondly, I honestly think the LTS cost needs to be re-evaluated anyway. I would love to see numbers on how many people actually buy it at full price instead of waiting for a sale.

    Most of the current LTS benefits are about to be available in a $15 pack. Here's a list of what is still exclusive to the LTS after the 7th (according to the details on the Subscriptions page):

    "Art Deco" costume set
    "Avian Warrior" costume set
    "Future" costume set
    All the monthly costume pieces (no new ones coming though)
    Millenial Flight Power
    Vanguard Title
    All the Veteran Rewards
    Foxbat Action Figure
    500Z Monthly stipend
    And, of course Freeform.

    Is this a $300 value now? It is further devalued by the fact that the extra slot for leveling to 40 is going away. Lots of feedback on that one going on right now. I think at the very least the $200 sale should be made the permanent price. So, even with my idea it would be worthwhile to some. After all, you get back $60 in Zen every year in addition to the other perks.

    So, yes freeform is the biggest thing still exclusively available to LTS for new players going forward and my idea takes that away. But, LTS is already devalued and I think they would make more money selling these at my suggested $60 + $15 then by selling a much smaller number of $300 LTS.
