Can't switch builds

My CCer can't seem to switch into any Builds in the Builds and Passives Tray. It always says " You cannot set you build for 0 more seconds". I assumed it was because of my Gold sub expiring, but my other FF slot toons can switch builds just fine. My CCer is the only one who has this problem? Any idea how to fix it?

    Did you switch your costume? Because that affects the build sometimes.​​

    I switched it before this bug happened. I doubt that's it though.

    Hmm, well. I think you should try switching instances and then switching the builds? Or relog the character? Maybe that would help.

    Tried relogging and switched instances during Cosmics. Still can't change my build.

    Interesting then. Not sure if you were using a power or being attacked, that happened to me before but I was using an attack at the time so that could be it? Not totally sure.​​

    Try changing the costume on that build slot to something in your first row of costumes.

    Updating the costume seems to have fixed it. What an odd bug this was.

    EDIT:
    Now it seems I can't switch back to my 2nd costume. Does this mean the costume slot is what's causing this?

    Have you done anything that would cause you to lose access to a gained costume slot?​​

    The only thing I can think of is my gold sub expiring. That toon didn't have an extra costume slot until I subbed. If I join an sg or get a costume slot, will it fix the problem?

    EDIT:
    I joined an SG and got a costume slot and now I can change to my 2nd costume. Seems like it was the costume slot from Gold that caused the problem.

    yeah once you're back to silver you can't use those costume slots you've gained with gold​​
