Could someone help with a dual blade DPS with survivability. Trying to bring old pencil n paper back to life. Thanks.

I assume you still want to use an offensive passive, but w/ something like STR PSS + Con SS and Wardicator specs for more of a backbone. Maybe have 2 ADs too. It can make for a rather straight-forward build:

Use Blade Tempest to put up Shredded and for cleaving targets (could also consider getting the Shredded adv for EotS in AoE), then charge-spam DW for single-target dps. EotS can be for easy pbAoE and turtling, depending on how long you choose to channel it. If you have the DB ult unlocked then you could stick that in there somewhere too. I ranked FotT only cause the build has many leftover adv points, and you can build to max Focus a bit faster w/ it. Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con.
