Add a Torn Mini Cape

Costume Suggestion ate my post so I'm putting it here.

Suggestion:
Please Add a small version of Cape Torn for Mini Capes.

Players with tails look laughable seeing their tails clip through their long capes. Plus, mini capes would look cool for warrior/gladiator types

I LOVE the cape you get from Blood Moon. but, it's a full cape.

Maybe if they use the Cybernetic Belt's cape as a base and throw on the Torn Mantle option for it, it'll be good.​​

We need more swallowtail versions of capes. Torn swallowtail cape, problem solved, space for your tail \o/ with how many tailed beings we have this seems like a necessity.
