    Mother's love, that CGI! It looks absolutely disgusting when Eddie fully changes into Venom, which I'm pretty sure was exactly what they were going for, so A+ on the CGI.

    What worries me is from watching the trailer this seems completely removed from Spiderman. No mention of Parker it seems this movie is going down the route of the Venom symbiote kinda looks like Spiderman by pure coincidence. They are also just skipping all of Venom's super villain antics and just going with him being a super hero from the get go all be it a violent one.

    Since when has the MCU bothered with things like comic origins and canon and continuity.

    So then he's just a goopy version of The Punisher
