The build is missing a toggle form. With your focus on Chi advantages, I'd recommend Form of the Master. Talenting a bit of END can help power you through occasional delays between energy ticks. You could consider Unstoppable over WotW as another energy source, if you don't mind losing WotW's dodge bonus. You could also consider Overpower over Swole, if you're building for dps at the cost of survivability.

    Addressing the questions:
    - Keep Chi Manipulation. It's a reliable energy unlock for your attack choices.
    - Keep Inexorable Tides, or swap it for another power that can tap-refresh Demolish. The tap-refresh helps optimize your single-target dps amidst Chi Fist spam (compared to re-applying Demolish with a lengthy One Hundred Hands maintain).
    - If you plan to run this at Cosmics or events, I'd recommend a ranked block replacer. Assuming the "web" powers are necessary for theme, I'd consider the lunge, ultimate, and self-rez to be the most readily-droppable powers. Dragon Uppercut can also be dropped, though Dragon Rush is a nice quality-of-life energy return.
    - I typically use Imgur for image hosting.

The edited version might look something like:
    SILK - Freeform
    v2.4.2-29

    Super Stats
    Level 6: Strength (Primary)
    Level 10: Dexterity (Secondary)
    Level 15: Recovery (Secondary)

    Talents
    Level 1: The Penitent (Str: 10, Dex: 10, Rec: 8, End: 10)
Level 6: Martial Focus (Str: 5, Dex: 5)
    Level 9: Impresario (Dex: 5, Rec: 5)
    Level 12: Relentless (Str: 5, Rec: 5)
    Level 15: Bodybuilder (Str: 5, End: 5)
    Level 18: Accurate (Dex: 5, End: 5)
Level 21: Amazing Stamina (Rec: 5, End: 5)

    Powers
    Level 1: Righteous Fists (advantages)
    Level 1: Chi Manipulation
Level 6: One Hundred Hands (Rank 2, Demolishing Strikes, Ghostly Strikes)
Level 8: Form of the Master (advantages)
    Level 11: Unstoppable (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 14: Inexorable Tides (Flowing Strikes, Power Sweep)
Level 17: Burning Chi Fist (Rank 2, Shattering Strike, Ghostly Strikes)
Level 20: Dragon Uppercut (Chi Flame, Dragon Rush)
    Level 23: Parry (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 26: Conviction (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 29: Resurgence (Rank 2)
    Level 32: Rebirth (advantages)
    Level 35: Trip Wire (advantages)
    Level 38: Binding Shot (advantages)
    Adv. Points: 36/36

    Travel Powers
    Level 6: Athletics (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 35: Swinging (Rank 2)

    Specializations
    Strength: Physical Peak (3/3)
    Strength: Aggression (2/2)
    Strength: Brutality (2/2)
    Strength: Overpower (3/3)
    Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (3/3)
    Vindicator: Modified Gear (2/2)
Brawler: The Glory of Battle (3/3)
    Brawler: Penetrating Strikes (2/2)
    Brawler: Ruthless (2/2)
    Brawler: Flanking (3/3)
    Mastery: Strength Mastery (1/1)

*QUICK EDIT* Night Warrior typically provides the highest single-target dps on fully-geared charge-spam builds. You could consider it for your passive, if you're comfortable with your energy management.

I feel the need to point out that there IS a female version of Spider-Man(Tanya Moon) who actually uses the name Silk. :p

Carrion's build is good for a glass cannon that's focused on dps-ing vs bosses. And yea, I wouldn't normally take something like Swole over Overpower or Juggernaut (taking the former here since its a glass cannon build w/o Con SS).

Binding Shot is thematic, though a very impractical power for the build. For Carrion's version, if you want more practical uses for that power slot, you could replace BShot w/ an AO, a lunge, a threat wipe, or MD (they can all be useful even w/o ranks- depending on ur priorities). Could also put the Stim Pack adv on Trip Wire if you want to get more mileage outta it (though you'd have to free up 2 adv points), rather than just keeping it as a theme power.
<CO stuff> .: Petco :. // A basic FF building guide (see 1st reply) // PSA on Power Activation Delay // Ayonachan's Gift Horse (misc stat data)

LEVEL 40 AND NO BLATANT SPIDERMAN COSTUME.

Any suggestions on making it more resilient and keep the last 2 powers.
At the moment I am thinking of moving 2 points from travel powers to add Healed ADV to Tripwire.

If you're looking to balance dps with survival, you could consider running with a Juggernaut/Wardicator setup. Here's a revamped version of what I posted, with an eye toward survival and soft-control against mobs:
    SILK - Freeform
    v2.4.2-29

    Super Stats
    Level 6: Strength (Primary)
    Level 10: Dexterity (Secondary)
    Level 15: Constitution (Secondary)

    Talents
    Level 1: The Protector (Str: 10, Dex: 10, Con: 10, Rec: 8)
    Level 6: Acrobat (Dex: 5, Con: 5)
    Level 9: Impresario (Dex: 5, Rec: 5)
    Level 12: Accurate (Dex: 5, End: 5)
Level 15: Quick Recovery (Con: 5, Rec: 5)
Level 18: Boundless Reserves (Con: 5, End: 5)
    Level 21: Survival Training (Dex: 3, Con: 3, Pre: 3, Rec: 2, End: 2)

    Powers
    Level 1: Righteous Fists (advantages)
    Level 1: Steadfast
Level 6: Elbow Slam (Falling Hammer)
Level 8: Form of the Tiger (advantages)
Level 11: Night Warrior (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 14: Dragon Kick (Rank 2, Dragon Rush)
Level 17: Burning Chi Fist (Rank 2, Shattering Strike, Ghostly Strikes)
Level 20: Inexorable Tides (Rank 2, Flowing Strikes)
    Level 23: Antagonize (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 26: Conviction (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 29: Resurgence (Rank 2)
    Level 32: Rebirth (advantages)
Level 35: Trip Wire (Stim Pack)
    Level 38: Binding Shot (advantages)
    Adv. Points: 34/36

    Travel Powers
    Level 6: Athletics (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 35: Swinging (advantages)

    Specializations
    Strength: Physical Peak (3/3)
    Strength: Aggression (2/2)
    Strength: Brutality (2/2)
    Strength: Juggernaut (3/3)
    Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
Vindicator: The Rush of Battle (2/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (3/3)
    Warden: Fortified Gear (3/3)
    Warden: Ruthless (2/2)
    Warden: Elusive (2/2)
    Warden: The Best Defense (3/3)
    Mastery: Strength Mastery (1/1)

    Build notes:
    - Still gears mostly for DEX, but this version gears a bit of CON to fuel Juggernaut.
    - Offense/Defense loop makes you more durable, though you lose a bit of back-attack damage from Brawler.
    - With REC gone, I swapped Chi Manipulation for Steadfast. Unstoppable's energy return also loses its scaling stat, so I replaced it with Night Warrior.
    - Different attack loadout, centered around Form of the Tiger and Dragon Rush. Dragon Kick to sustain Rush while providing temporary chain-stuns against mobs; Dragon Kick can also stack Focus/Rush outside of combat. If mobs are still alive after becoming hold-immune, Inexorable Tides can buy you more soft-control time with knockups. Elbow Slam for a Demolish applier that triggers Form of the Tiger. Form of the Tiger also works with Shadow Strike. Be mindful of the stun/paralyze against some endgame content, like Kiga's dogs and Eidolon's red orbs.
    - For a single-target cycle, use Elbow Slam to apply Demolish, Dragon Kick for Rush, then spam some Chi Fist charges. Weave in a full-charge Dragon Kick and an Inexorable Tides tap as needed to refresh Rush/Demolish.
    - Switched the block to Antagonize, for a little extra resilience from its buffs stacks. The visuals should fit with a chi theme.
    - I chose The Rush of Battle for some healing-over-time as you grind through mobs. You could switch those points to either Mass Destruction or Modified Gear, if you prefer.
    - Aggression assumes you're getting some decent Offense from gear. Switch those points to Swole if that isn't the case.
    - Stim Pack on Trip Wire is a nice idea.
    - 2 advantage points left; they can go wherever you like.

She was the meta in Marvel Future Fight for a while too... just saying. I have no idea if she's popular enough to worry about a name nerfing.

ADD Altaholic known as @Rejolt in game. I'm a dork, but hopefully a harmless one.
