The requirements in the description is the same as it is for fire snake, but despite having 6 non-energy builder powers (selected for this test) it's still listed as unavailable.

    The Hydra power needs to be purchased from the Gold Recognition Vendor before you can use it. I'm not sure if it may be that you haven't purchased it yet and your power selection filter could be set to show available and unavailable powers?
