Add Global Token in the PTS and some minor things

As the title stated, add a Global token that would give the user 100 Globals into their inventory. On top of this, the Shadow Damage mod is still missing in the Damage Mod tab and Ego Blade Pandemonium couldn't be found in the Collector guy and there no way of obtaining it in the PTS.
