Question about Snap Shot on an Marksman AT

So at level 17 you can choose between that power and Focused Shot, my question is which is better for most PVE content? I am asking because I am considering doing a Marksman soon.

Focused Shot is a weaker Sniper Rifle w/ no stun effect.

I'd prob pick Snap Shot, unless you value being able to do (low) dps from >100ft.
