Knock Resist Stacks bugged

The stacks you get after getting knocked is bugged, it can get stuck at 2 stacks but acts as if its at 3 stacks. And only way for the stacks to go down is if you let the stacks go down to 0. Can be an issue for builds that rely on knocks such as heavy weapon builds or might builds. If you use a knock ability while its stuck, it just keeps refreshing the timer, and by the time you let the stack resist go down, you'll have lost enrage stacks if you use enrage that is.
