One of the reason I play hybrid instead of dedicated support is because over-healing does nothing. I wish there were heals that
did one of the following:
- A maintain that shielded players at max hp for a fraction of what the heal would be for a max sheild. For example the maintain does 300 hp heal per .5 sec, but at max hp sheilds for 150 hp per .5 sec for a max of 1k-2k.
- A maintain that grants players a buff that stacks but falls off quickly. Say at Teliosurus a healer can switch to an attack buffing heal during the dps check or use a defense buffing heal if they are soaking a tank.
- Or even a heal that buffs the caster's defense if they use it on people at max hp.
