Does sword cyclone cause bleed or shredded? It doesn't specify in builder or the game that i saw but it was explained to me that it does.

    No, it only deals damage to enemies in a circle around you. Nothing else. Can become in a charge power that deals a huge spike of damage with its butcher's blade advantage.

    Interesting.. someone was using cyclone thr n stating they used massacre to follow up. Their damage was really really good..but massacre relies in bleeds. And he wasn't using tiger cub device

    You don't need to take the bleed advantage of massacre, if you go r3 instead it's an 8% damage loss, which is noticeable but hardly crippling.
