Are you trying to make him a tank for groups? Cause if not I prob wouldn't be using Defiance. Next time you should prob just recreate the build in the HeroCreator and export it.

Anyways, you want Haymaker if ur going for max dps from Might, and Overdrive doesn't work w/ most of the attacks in Might (most EUs won't, though MSA can still proc if using cds). Beatdown is also not great for might builds atm.

Here's a pretty standard/safe Might dps, if you want a reference:

    (Unnamed Build) - Freeform
    v2.4.0-29

    Super Stats
    Level 6: Strength (Primary)
    Level 10: Constitution (Secondary)
    Level 15: Intelligence (Secondary)

    Talents
    Level 1: The Hero (Str: 8, Dex: 8, Con: 8, Int: 8, Ego: 8, Pre: 8, Rec: 6, End: 6)
Level 6: Covert Ops Training (Str: 3, Dex: 3, Con: 3, Int: 3)
Level 9: Physical Conditioning (Str: 5, Con: 5)
Level 12: Healthy Mind (Con: 5, Int: 5)
Level 15: Body and Mind (Str: 5, Int: 5)
Level 18: Quick Recovery (Con: 5, Rec: 5)
    Level 21: Relentless (Str: 5, Rec: 5)

    Powers
    Level 1: Clobber (advantages)
    Level 1: Roomsweeper (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 6: Enrage (Endorphin Rush)
    Level 8: Unstoppable (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 11: Thunderclap (Rank 2, Collateral Damage)
    Level 14: Conviction (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 17: Molecular Self-Assembly
Level 20: Demolish (Rank 2, Below the Belt)
    Level 23: Haymaker (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 26: Resurgence (Rank 2)
    Level 29: Mighty Leap (advantages)
    Level 32: Aggressor (Rank 2)
Level 35: Unleashed Rage (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 38: Fiery Embrace (advantages)
    Adv. Points: 34/36

    Travel Powers
    Level 6:
    Level 35:

    Specializations
    Strength: Swole (2/3)
    Strength: Physical Peak (3/3)
    Strength: Brutality (2/2)
    Strength: Juggernaut (2/3)
    Strength: Overpower (1/3)
    Warden: Fortified Gear (3/3)
    Warden: Ruthless (2/2)
    Warden: Elusive (2/2)
    Warden: The Best Defense (3/3)
    Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (3/3)
    Vindicator: Mass Destruction (2/3)
    Mastery: Strength Mastery (1/1)

The 3rd SS is more of a wildcard here- it can be Int for more cd reduction and MSA scaling, Rec for higher equilibrium and Unstoppable energy, or Dex for a bit more crit/dps (assuming no energy issues). Haymaker is the main boss killer, though if you don't want a KB on trash then you can use Demolish instead. TClap's stun can also make Roomsweeper knock up instead of back (though there can be delays in applying the stun for that to work). Gears mostly for Str, w/ some Con and Rec or Int.

The other easier option for AoE (than TCLap and Roomsweeper) is to just use Shockwave and its 50ft cone. Its dps won't be great, but it should still be thematic, and it has good AoE coverage.

The Might revamp could change this pretty considerably. You can optimize Haymaker now by having not only a Crushing debuff (like Demolish) but also using the Blindside mechanic and Haymaker's Reckless adv. You also have good EU for the set now in Pulverizer, and the basic combos work better w/ the rest of the set overall. Here's an example Might build w/ the rework:

(Unnamed Build) - Freeform (Melee Damage)
    v3.42:34

    Super Stats
    Level 6: Strength (Primary)
    Level 10: Recovery (Secondary)
    Level 15: Constitution (Secondary)

    Talents
    Level 1: The Behemoth (Str: 10, Con: 10, Rec: 10, End: 8)
    Level 6: Relentless (Str: 5, Rec: 5)
Level 9: Quick Recovery (Con: 5, Rec: 5)
Level 12: Physical Conditioning (Str: 5, Con: 5)
Level 15: Amazing Stamina (Rec: 5, End: 5)
    Level 18: Bodybuilder (Str: 5, End: 5)
Level 21: Boundless Reserves (Con: 5, End: 5)

    Powers
    Level 1: Clobber
Level 1: Beatdown (Blindside Blow, Reckless Endangerment)
    Level 6: Enrage (Giant Growth)
    Level 8: Unstoppable (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 11: Pulverizer
    Level 14: Conviction (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 17: Demolish (Rank 2, Below the Belt)
Level 20: Shockwave (Rank 2, Power Shift)
    Level 23: Resurgence (Rank 2)
Level 26: Haymaker (Rank 2, Reckless Strikes)
    Level 29: Mighty Leap
    Level 32:
    Level 35:
Level 38: Unleashed Rage (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Adv. Points: 30/36

    Travel Powers
    Level 6:
    Level 35:

    Specializations
    Strength: Swole (2/3)
    Strength: Physical Peak (3/3)
    Strength: Brutality (2/2)
    Strength: Juggernaut (1/3)
    Strength: Overpower (2/3)
    Vindicator: Aggressive Stance (2/2)
    Vindicator: Merciless (3/3)
    Vindicator: Focused Strikes (3/3)
    Vindicator: Mass Destruction (2/3)
    Warden: Fortified Gear (3/3)
    Warden: Ruthless (2/2)
    Warden: Upper Hand (2/3)
    Warden: The Best Defense (3/3)
    Mastery: Strength Mastery (1/1)

The open power slots can be used for w/e ya want.

For single-target dps in longer fights, you first put up Demolish's debuff, then use 1x Beatdown, and then settle into a 3x Haymaker -> 1x Beatdown rotation (Beatdown w/ advs will refresh Demolish, give you 3x stacks of Blindside to use on Haymaker, and also keep Reckless up). For AoE, you can use mainly SW to group up mobs, but you can also use Beatdown's cleave effect when close up, and UR can add some burst dps (when its available). For trash mobs that you don't want to KB w/ Haymaker, you can always build up knock immunity w/ most of the other attacks first. Gears mostly for Str, w/ some Con and Rec.

Would this work with Catastrophic Pummeling instead? or is there a separate build for that? or is the power just worthless?

oh... and can it be turned into a tank build?

Yea, you can just swap the ult to Pummeling if you want. Ofc it can be turned into a tank build too (most dps builds can- basically by getting more Con, a defensive passive, some Challenge advs, a ranked block, and making sure you have at least one AD). Here's an example of that:

    (Unnamed Build) - Freeform (Tank)
    v3.42:34

    Super Stats
    Level 6: Strength (Primary)
    Level 10: Constitution (Secondary)
    Level 15: Recovery (Secondary)

    Talents
    Level 1: The Behemoth (Str: 10, Con: 10, Rec: 10, End: 8)
    Level 6: Relentless (Str: 5, Rec: 5)
Level 9: Quick Recovery (Con: 5, Rec: 5)
Level 12: Physical Conditioning (Str: 5, Con: 5)
Level 15: Amazing Stamina (Rec: 5, End: 5)
    Level 18: Bodybuilder (Str: 5, End: 5)
Level 21: Boundless Reserves (Con: 5, End: 5)

    Powers
    Level 1: Clobber
Level 1: Defensive Combo (Rank 2, Pummel, Challenge!)
    Level 6: Enrage (Giant Growth)
    Level 8: Defiance (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 11: Pulverizer
    Level 14: Conviction (Rank 2, Rank 3)
Level 17: Demolish (Below the Belt)
Level 20: Shockwave (Rank 2, Power Shift, Challenge!)
Level 23: Haymaker (Rank 2, Rank 3, Challenge!)
Level 26: Masterful Dodge (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 29: Mighty Leap
Level 32: Endorphin Rush (Rank 2)
    Level 35: Retaliation (Rank 2, Rank 3)
    Level 38: Catastrophic Pummeling
    Adv. Points: 34/36

    Travel Powers
    Level 6:
    Level 35:

    Specializations
    Strength: Swole (2/3)
    Strength: Physical Peak (3/3)
    Strength: Brutality (2/2)
    Strength: Juggernaut (3/3)
    Protector: Fortified Gear (3/3)
    Protector: Beacon of Hope (1/3)
    Protector: Unrelenting (1/2)
    Protector: Bulwark (2/2)
    Protector: Defensive Expertise (3/3)
    Warden: Fortified Gear (3/3)
    Warden: Ruthless (2/2)
    Warden: Elusive (2/2)
    Warden: The Best Defense (3/3)
    Mastery: Protector Mastery (1/1)

Swapped Beatdown for Defense Combo since its dmg shield is very good for tanks, but that also means you don't have to do the same rotation as w/ the dps build (just apply/refresh Demolish's debuff and use charged Haymaker in between vs. bosses; defense combo can be used for turtling up more). Gears mostly for Con, w/ some Str and Rec.
