Say Hello To Stryke Vyper
This build is A Cyborg Themed build with Transforming Gauntlets with Claws, Guns, and a Grapple contained within. I guess I'm going for something decently Solo capable with a focus on Melee with some Ranged fun attacks. I also really hate running out of energy. I'm pretty new to
fully planning out builds and wanted some advice. Any and all constructive criticism is welcome.

BCR and Parry's EM adv both lower your (melee) dps, so I dropped Parry's adv here for a normal rank, but still kept BCR/RR cause it can work fine w/ Masterful Dodge and WotW. Also gave you a better melee AoE to work with in EotS, that can be used offensively or defensively (fully channel for a better dmg shield, refresh the channel after a partial maintain for better dps), and can still apply Shredded. I kept Tac Missiles as your ranged attack for the concept and to have a ranged option. For single-target dps, your main attack is DClaws after using VFangs to put up Shredded. Also cleaned up the specs a bit and changed the SS setup to better match a melee build using both FotT as the toggle and Steadfast as the EU. Also gave you a 2nd Active Defense to work with (Resurgence), though Nanobots is still alright for the cd reduction (other good options for the extra powers could be an Active Offense, an Ult like Vorpal Blade, a threat wipe, and/or a self-res).
Gears mostly for Dex, w/ some Con (and some Rec for better energy equilibrium, and some cost discount on utility gear).
