City Zero - The Zone the Event Forgot. Or: What Nightmare Event?

Suggestion for future multi-week events where we're forced in 50-player caps. Can we have a Zone Zero in MCity that's NOT running Bloodmoon, NI, etc., so anyone who doesn't want to do the event can just hang out and not clog up another, event-active zone?
ADD Altaholic known as @Rejolt in game. I'm a dork, but hopefully a harmless one.

    Yes please. A neutral zone where non-participants and newbies trying to level would be perfect. It's not fair to those who do events and those who don't to have to constantly fight over zone space.

    Or just.. I dunno.. introduce an empty zone with no mobs period. Social version of MC similar to the one in the penthouse hideout.
