Perk points for adv points

I can't remember if this was suggested before, but here goes...

I've been thinking of ways to make the perk point system useful. I'm sure most of the players here have a vast amount of perk points on their chars and don't know what to do with it.

So why not convert those perk points into adv points?
Like every 10000 perk points give you 1 adv point. It could motivate players to explore the game and it could help with the Creepy hunting for possible perk requirements.

Make every 5k perk points an advantage point and I'm game.

And every 10k Perk point a Power point.

i'd rather they just aligned the amount of advantage points you end up with at level 40 with the actual level...having 36 points by level 40 is not cool - it should be FOURTY points at level 40​​

I would like to see a perk point store of some kind.
Maybe fill it with Devices, Costume Unlocks, Power Unlocks,
and maybe even some new Secondary and Primary gear?

I would really like to see more Passive Devices in the game that can really have an impact on builds!

Get rid of perk points so people stop having silly ideas like this.

They used to have that. Now, perks just automagically unlock costumes and titles.
Perks "allow" you to purchase certain items from the UNTIL and GCR stores.

Though it's often hard/impossible to tell how to satisfy the perk requirement without asking around in game.
