The build can work as is, though its a bit limited in its AoE reach, and using Tiger's Bite frequently can be expensive (if crit rng turns bad, you may be too low on energy). DC is an easier bet for the charged attack just due to Rush, even if its potential dps may not be as high as TB's here.
