Adding Flamethrower? Okay by me, but its prob a bit redundant w/ Fire Breath. Also may replace Heat Wave w/ Flashfire + FtF adv, since you don't really need >1 EF applying power, imo.

How about replacing Heat Wave with Pyre, R3 and Fire Breath with Flashfire with FtF?

I guess Pyre has more utility than Firebreath when you already have Flamethrower and are getting Flashfire- for its wide pbAoE, potential KD and/or healing rune adv, and pyre patch on charge. So you could go that route, sure.
