Winter Event

Misc Fixes
- Slightly lowered the chance for the Winter Present device to drop from open world presents.
- Added the following costumes to the Event vendor: Fur Cuff, Fur Scarf, Jeweled Mask 1, Jeweled Mask 2, Fluffy Hair.
- Known issue: Jeweled Mask 2 is not showing up for females in the tailor, this will be corrected next week.
- Added Box of Questionite as an item you can purchase from the Event vendor. This acts like regular boxes of Questionite, granting you 200, 500, 750 or 1500 Questionite upon purchase.
ZEN Store
- Added Heroic Mask Pack to the ZEN store. This costume set features 7 masks.
Misc Fixes
- Fixed a bug where Warmth wasn't able to heal other players.
- Fixed a bug where the Drifter was not selling Winter charms.
- Fixed a bug where the Fire Cloud Aura icon was way too big.
- Fixed a bug where various Focus forms were granting the wrong version of Focus.
- Fixed a bug where Confront mods were giving 1% of its previous effect.
- Fixed a tooltip error with Thundering Return's energy return.
- Updated the tooltips on Onslaught devices to clearly state that the device lasts 30 minutes, but the transformation lasts 15.

However, these masks float a bit far from the face. Any chance of making them closer?
