PA Tank build help?

I've seen some great builds for PA tanks on the forums, but for the sake of theme, would there be a way to make one with just PA skills? Or maybe PA and Gadgeteering skills?

You can go w/ non-slotted PA. Even if its options are rather limited and blasts aren't great base dps, it means you can throw in other sets easier, and/or not have to manage multiple toggles. Chest Beam would be a centerpiece for its relatively high base dps and ability to apply Burn Through. An example of that:

Particle Wave may be in LS, but it does provide good utility and is a 2nd way to proc Unified Theory (other than Chest Beam). For bosses, you'd use Chest Beam for its debuff and when energy is high for burst dps, and the single-target blast when energy is low. Gears mostly for Con, w/ some Int and End.
