Blazing Lockbox

• Added Blaise loyal sidekick.
• Added the following Blazing costumes to the lockbox: Tights, Wisps, Feathers, Eyewear, Necklace, Shoulders, Emblem, Bracers, Belt, Skirt, Greaves, Feet.

Powers

• Temporarily removed Nova Flare from fire. This will return next week to PTS, along with a couple other powers and a new fire support archetype.
• Fire Strike will no longer consume Avenger Mastery as the buff has no effect on the power.
• Added a new advantage to Incinerate that increases its damage by a small amount if the target is affected by Clinging Flames.
• Fixed a bug where Fire Form could keep a player in combat.
• Made some adjustments to the refresh rate of of Flashfire's advantage to make it more reliably refresh Engulfing Flames.
• Fixed a bug where Fiery Will's energy return scaled off of Endurance.
• Seraphim's advantage should work properly now.
• Various fire tooltip changes.

Misc

• Added Rex Loyal sidekick to the debugger.
• Reduced the volume on the burp emote.
