Looking for any thoughts on how I could improve this a little more. I know it doesn't have an AO, but I thought having a constant +20% damage to Soul Beam, along with the damage and resistance debuffs, would more than offset that. Bionic Shielding is there for when I'm doing tougher content by myself in hybrid role so it actually heals for a non-useless amount.
