New dual MODS bonuses on each ranks?

Anyone please give me info if you know a amount of bonus provided from new dual MODS at each rank?
I specially want to know what will happen at r9.

r9s provide 72 stat points total (36 to each stat).

Single Mods provides +66 so... Sounds not so bad trying to make dual Mods to R9. o3o

I think there would be a market for em ... I use some dual mods and am working towards getting higher ranks.

They are just useful for tanks to split CON with a stat that buffs their toggle form.

Everyone else is still better off by single stating everything to buff their toggle form. There are a few special DPS cases where the split is useful, but they are few.
