No Text Bubbles

In some of the cut scenes, the text bubbles which usually accompany voice lines is not appearing. Is this a glitch, a change, or have I inadvertently changed a setting? (Example: the conversation b/t Rob Mahogany and Foxbat.)

    I seem to be experiencing the same thing. It must be a glitch, or a change. We hope it's the former - then the devs will more likely change it.

    Having the same problem, myself. Makes the Alerts a little confusing. No voice lines, no subtitles.

    Known issue: Devs have stated they don't have the slack to look into it until after the holiday break, at the very least.

    Now that the holidays are over, I hope they'll look into this...I'm starting to get cutscenes without text bubbles OR voice dialog.

    Atleast whoever doesn't like cutscenes, doesn't have to read the cheesy lines.

    wow since October... just got back into the game now, and this hasnt been fixed yet?

    Maybe they get to it after fixing the Nemesis System.
    Which has been broken since....what, since 2009...

    Lip reading?! With characters that use cartoon mouth movements? Hahahaha! Good luck with that one.

    Yeah the last time I had a Nemesis, the minions would show up as untargetable and immediately disappear. They worked right for a while, then just went perma-fail mode. (Note: I erased that character, that stopped them...I think.)

    Guess they care more about alienating the playerbase with conter-intuitive power changes and other stuff over quality of life.

    You people forget this is a game. Perhaps they are looking into it? Ever thought of that and they haven’t found problem?
