Blood Moon Perks

Is anyone else not getting the perks after defeating the undead heroes? I have, for example, helped defeat Crusher 4 times and do not have the perk.

Defeat credit in CO typically requires a minimum amount of damage to the NPC (it appears to be about 1% of health for Cosmic foes, but may be higher for lesser ranked foes). Some perks have had the credit tracking moved to open mission completion, but I don't think blood moon has had that treatment. As long as you're actively attacking the boss I'd expect credit, but low dps builds might have issues and if all you're doing it hitting zombies you wouldn't get credit.

Hit the boss long enough and you'll get credit. My healer only has LE for dmg and he gets credit.

I've been doing about the same amount for all of them. Probably more since I've leveled twice. Got credit for Eclipse, Amazing Grace and a few others. I'm usually about 6th or 7th from the bottom. I never attack the zombies once the boss is up.
