I've grinded hard to get 350 Turakian coins but the item disappeared just same as random drop from mobs.

Please fix and please give me back my [Pestilent Cloud] device.in my hand.

Item was equipped at this slot on my Dark Cherry toon.

I'm so shocked... 350 Turakian tokens wasn't easy to grind. I did so hard to get the device.
