I'm looking for a Plague Doctor build. Something with a combination of healing and infernal powers if possible

    Did you try the Witch AT? Its pretty solid to start w/, and you can always base an FF on it and switch/add a few powers. Maybe add Defile to it for a decent single-target dps option (which it doesn't have atm). Could also add Rebirth, and maybe change Ebon Sigils for an ally heal that doesn't require an enemy target to work (just in case). Could also change the passive, if you don't want AoAC.

    If not, can always make a build from scratch, if you want.
