Does [Gold Foil Special Item Voucher] items only available from opening [Collecters Lock Box] ?
I want several items but seems I missed during I left for a while.

    To answer your question...yes. But, you can find the vouchers in the Auction House or from other players. Also, you can find some of the items from them in the AH or from other players. If you haven't, join the trade channel and ask there.

    BTW can I know about the drop rate of gold foil item voucher from the collector lock box?

    I have never seen a Gold Special Item Voucher in the AH. It is about the rarest drop from a lockbox in the game.
    Expect to pay 3000 G or more, if you ever find one.
