I'm not sure when the timewarp box first appeared or if the Collector's box is in the right place. This is probably about right.

Most of those are in the collector store, don't bother with them

There were also grab bags before the boxes. Instead of buying keys you'd just get the bags from the store, but they were basically the same. Pretty sure there was a Halloween bag and a Service bag. Not sure.

I don't remember much about the grab bags and I don't have any since they didn't drop like crazy in the game. There was a Mountain Grab Bag. And the grab bag with a chance at a FF slot which might have been the Service Bag. I only have the lockboxes in order because I'm a freak that hoards things and places them a particular way in my shared bank.​​

Grab bags that I remember were, mountain, cursed, service and Nighthawk
I swapped so many items from the service bag for hideout banks spaces
