Game won't Patch on initial install

For one reason or another I had to have a complete system restore done on my computer. I have been trying to reinstall CO for a few days now only to have it successfully install Arc and when I launch the game launcher it will say "Patching" on the progress bar but then nothing. I've even left it running for a couple days. No luck it seems. Any ideas on how I can get the game to play?

Have you tried using a proxy to patch? Maybe that can help with your issue, hope that helps.

I'm having the same problem, and a proxy isn't helping. Did you ever get it fixed, whoareyoutome?

What I meant is the following, on the launcher, click on "options":


Then set a proxy like this:

Same i just got the game and i cant patch

A few things you could try
- run the game as administrator.
- install in a non system protected folder (like C:\Users\Public\ or \)
- disabling antivirus software.
