Why was the Skyfox vehicle skin changed?

I've put in a ticket, I've asked in the forums before, but I never get a replay, so I'll keep asking until I get a reply from the developers on it. The skin looks like crap now, and I've seen nothing written anywhere about the change. Also, change the skin back to what it was.

What you mean by 'crap'?
Because i can't really see how it looks crap. Seems same as allways.
But haven't used it in awhile.

So I just checked my Skyfox and yeah, its skin is bugged. Namely, the metal mesh on it is now solid with no holes in it.

Here's a shot of before in which you can see the background through the mesh.....






And here's a shot of now in which you can see that the metal mesh is no longer a mesh but actually solid...




That's a definite downgrade in it's look.


Not really the right section of the forums for this tho'.

I'll post it elsewhere.

I didn't put it in as a bug, because I had no idea if it was a deliberate change or not. If it was a deliberate change for some reason, then it's arguably not a bug.

It's a bug. I've gone ahead and posted it in the Bug section as it's unlikely to get seen here.
