Im not sure if its fine though, got many doubts... Is Dex a good primary stat or do I really need to go with Ego? I got 2 offensive coldowns on that build and they share a coldown (Electric Sheat and Ego Surge), should I replace one of them? What changes do you guys think I need to do?

If you want to be more sturdy, you can change to a defensive passive (like Invuln) and use the Hybrid role. Gears mostly for Ego, w/ some Con and Rec/End.

Thank you very much! One more question! is not possible to have both Electric and Chilled form/Concentration at the same time? or is that not worth it?

Elec Form (like Stormbringer) is a slotted passive (despite having 'Form' in the name); Conc and Chilled Form are toggled forms (sometimes just called 'toggles', though not the same as toggled attacks like in Power Armor)- they are diff power types that don't override eachother. You can mix and match them as you want, but you can only have one of each type active at a time.

Yea, they are both slotted passives (technically, offensive slotted passives), so you can have only have one of them up at the same time. Elec Form is fine for the build if you want to use that instead; I just took Stormbringer here for its Crushing dmg resist. Quantum Stabilizer in Laser Sword would also be a good dps passive for this, as would Night Warrior in MA.
