Night Warrior is triple-counted for framework powers

The two powers attached to Night Warrior (Sneak and Shadow Strike) are considered to be Martial Arts powers in their own right. So when you take the Night Warrior power, it functionally counts as taking 3 powers in the Martial Arts framework. As such, this means you can go straight from Rain of Steel -> Night Warrior -> Dragon's Wrath -> Sword Cyclone. I doubt this level of tier-skipping (T3 powers at Lv 8!) is intended behavior.
