Question about Hovercar Cherry Bomb Vehicle

So I have a question about the Hovercar Cherry Bomb vehicle found in the Zen Store. It's a Mark 2 Hovercar, and it's stats are listed as follows:

ATT 7.5/10
DEF 5/10
SPD 5/10

Comparing that to all other Mark 2 Hovercars I've seen, that SPD is 2 points higher since all other Mark 2 Hovercars list a SPD of 3. Is that a typo, or is the SPD of that vehicle? Thanks.

Every Mark 2 in C-store has Speed 5/10. Except the tanks.
It's paid with 'real money' you get better stuff with 'real money'.
