AoE dps won't be great, but you can turtle up w/ Bullet Hail's shield adv (can always trade the 3 pt shield adv for normal ranks, or get Lead Tempest later on instead) . Uses Burst Shot's AP debuff + TGM for single targets, CoPD to bunker down, and Holdout Shot for an extra heal. Gears mostly for Con and some Dex.
