Powers that bypass knock resistance.

I've noticed a couple of powers that seem to just outright bypass ALL knock resistance.
These powers would be :
tractor beam + final delivery advantage
Rising knee
There might be more actually. .But as a strength build, it is really frustrating having people exploit these abilities when I've invested so much in being resistant to knocks; and these abilities have been like this for as long as I can remember.
